Shopping for new Vid Card... help?

What does this crap mean? lol and how important is it?

Core clock: 350MHz
D-SUB: 1
DVI: 1
Memory Clock: 533 MHz
Memory Interface: 64-bit
OpenGL: OpenGL 1.5
PixelPipelines: 4

These are just examples from the first card on the list, not really the one I am looking at... just would like to have a better idea of what I should be looking for to compare items.
I am only looking to spend around 50 bucks all costs included, but would still like to get the best bang for my buck.
lol Hard core gamers: feel free to post to this thread, lol just keep in mind you are talking to a person who only owns two computer games... and one of those is the Myst collection. lol I did just buy The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay... which I why I want to get a new card, the GeForce 4MX 420 ain't cuttin it every well. lol
I am also not much of a hardware performance tweaker... it should work and work well from the jump, not have to be fiddled with. Programs and services are another story. lol

Pretty sure it is just regular PCI slots.

 

That info is stuff like how fast the internal components are. Like you cpu has a speed, your memory and gpu (cpu for graphics) all have different speeds.

DSUB is the Analog VGA connector (traditional)
DVI is the digital connector
