The guide read and run me first is excellent. But I have had trouble cleaning the last two computers my sons got into difficulties with both had passwords. After running superanti spyware. on rebooting I get stuck in log on log off loop. I get the feeling if I had cleared passwords this situation may not have arisen. Both occasions resulted in a format reinstall.Do any of you guys think this problem might need including in the malware guide

Clearing passwords has never been an issue. What often happens is that either the winlogon or explorer files get corrupted and SAS removes them leaving you without the ability to log on. This can often be corrected by booting to the recovery console and replacing both those files.
