Fellow geeks, I've just bought the Microsoft Sidewinder x6 keyboard for my PC. After plugging it in, I installed the Windows7 x64 driver from MS website.

Since then my computer has had trouble posting, and if it does succesfully post Windows 7 won't load and the computer restarts and takes me to start-up repair. I let startup repair run once, and apparently it found a fault but couldn't fix it.

Lo and behold if I remove the keyboard before I switch it on, there's no problems.

The keyboard is plugged into a mobo USB, but i've also tried it through a powered hub and it still wont boot when connected.

As you can imagine, this is annoying! I've tried a driver re-install to no avail. Same old problem.

Any help you can fire at me would be great. Oh, and by help, I don't mean 'You should've bought Razer' ;)
