siggys dont move,plz help

can someone help me please.my siggys not fading in and out on forums.but move when open in my documents.tried all current updates and checking internet option.nothing seems 2 work.tried other browsers still no joy.even rebooted comp and yes u guessedit ...........still nothing. we r running windows xp,we use internet explorer + firefox.thanx 4 any help.

 

Do the forums you're trying to use this signature on support animated gifs in the signature? You might try asking the moderator/admins

the forums which i belong 2 all support both formats

 

Disable your firewall and see if it works.

i tried that but still nothing,some1 told me to download something the last time this happened, i did and it fixed the problem.and ive forgotten what one it was...........
