Signatures limited to two lines?

Has it always been this way? I seem to remember being able to put my computer's full specifications in my sig with no problems, but there might have been a character limit. Now i can't put in much more than a small quote. Was this recently changed or am I losing my mind? confused

I wanted to drop this in, but it's more than two lines and it wouldn't let me do it.

yea i noticed that too when i tried to edit my sig. i just left it lol so ive still got my ~10 line sig muahahaha

 

This is why I try to say as much as possible in 1 line

Yes it was recently changed to a limit of 2 lines.

 

I'm glad they changed it, I get tired from scrolling past a page off sig to get to the next post.

 

Then don't display them!!

You can turn them off under User CP> Edit Options.

 

and here I was thinking about adding another line to mine...

 

lol, I was going to make a long sig, like a million digits to pi or something awful like that... guess not
