Silly Question(Hooking up Xbox 360 to PC)

    If I have two different Ethernet cards in my PC, can I run my PC internet connection off of one, and my xbox 360 off of the other connection?

    This doesn't seem like it would work. I do have a router that's how I did it before, but I just thought of this idea.
