Sim city 4 installation problems

    Im having problems installing sim city 4 deluxe edition because when it hits 26.48 percent downloaded it says A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file F:/Regions/SanFrancisco/City-New City(53).sc4 from the media.What does this mean and how can I fix this problem so I can install the rest and actually play it.
