Similar to Wavman

I want a program that has the same features as wavman. i.e. font fades, enhanced imm features, playing wavs in chat rooms. I tried power point for awhile but didnt like it nearly as well as wavman.
When I first purchased Wavman - there was an honest error that resulted in my credit card refusing the charge. Now I would have to pay $75.00 for something that should have been $25.00. I emailed the tpa.software site trying to explain but to no avail. Any suggestions or referral or ideas???
