simple ip text chat

Hi guys,
I just need an application, very simple, for text chat.
It needs to be able to make an IP based call and to establish a conection between the two. So when one of them writes something and sends it to the other, the application pops with the message. Only text over Internet. A lot of other applications do this but do a lot more (audio, video, etc) and I only need text. The simpliest IP comunication that will not keep the bandwith busy with an audio link or something, but to work only when one of the parties presses Enter after writing a message.
Also, I prefer not to install it. Simple .exe file without instalation.
Do you know something like this ?
