Simply File Share

I have two computers, both running XP, NIS and IE7. I can see both computers on my network from either computer. However I can not access one computer from the other or see the files I have set up for sharing. I have been checking on the Microsoft site and it mentions under Tools, Folder Options, View, Advanced Settings to check Simply File Share. Neither computer shows this option. How do I get this installed or fix my file share.

Thank you for you help. However, I have not been able solve my problem. I think all would be solve if someone could help install the Simple File Share on my systems. It's just not there.

 

You can install Simple File Sharing, it is part of Windows as is.
