Sirefef with search.txt and frst.txt

I have the Sirefef as confirmed by microsoft security essentials...however i am in the 60 second restart loop. The guy at microsoft said that sirefef is doing this once it realizes that it is about to be deleted. Microsoft can fix it for $99!!!

If I use msconfig to halt all services and startup is the only way i can get out of the 60 second loop.

After reading another's post here (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=1748408#post1748408) I followed instructions and here are my Frst.txt and search.txt files....I have searched for "services.exe" and just await further expert instruction...

Thanks again for any help in advance....I dont know if it is appropriate for me to use FIXlists from others threads so I have refrained on doing that til now...I will patiently wait. All the best, Derek

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now attempt to boot normally.
