SiS AGP Driver

Personally I have always been doubious at these driver scans and some of the ones they highlight as out of date, I have a few that are listed and they are not out of date because they are discontinued hardware with no further driver support, so I have no idea what they are finding!

SiS AGP 1.21 is listed on many of the Major Motherboard makers sites as the last known Chipset driver version, which the PCI to AGP is covered in, its not to be confused with the on-board VGA graphics driver which is different.

Chipset drivers suprisingly enough dont always bring something new for your chipset, in the majority of cases you may get a small fix in the first 6 months of that chipset being released for a device the chipset covers but in the majority of case all they do is add new suported chipsets to the list of supported ones and dump a few older non-supported chipsets from that unified driver.

My honest advice is if PC is working fine dont mess, only drivers worth updating in the majority of cases are Audio, Graphics, LAN
