SKCHUI.DLL Error Message

    I am running XP Pro with Internet Explorer and get this the error message below when trying to open Yahoo IM. (I just check "OK" in the error message box, after which the IM opens). Can anyone tell me what this error message means and how I should address the problem?

    "The application or DLL c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Ink\SKCHUI.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
