Skynet.sys virus hassles?

I am new to Major Geeks but I have been a frequent lurker in the past and let me say that your posts are quite helpful! I have read the 'read and run me first' forum and have done everything just as the admins requested. Now I have my rootrepeal log and it is highlighting EXACTLY what I am having trouble with on my computer. SKYNET------.sys. I think this maybe the culprit that is causing google and yahoo searches to redirect to phony and stupid websites, too. My AT&T antivirus keeps saying it has detected and quarantined it but cannot delete it. Attached below is a copy of the rootrepeal log. Thanks again in advance.

And for the record, the other programs like super antispyware, malware bytes, and spybot etc work like a charm and cleaned alot from this computer. Thanks again!

You need to attach ALL the requested logs:
SAS
MBAM
ComboFix
C:\MGLogs.zip

In the meantime, you need to remove every file that is reported in your RootRepeal log except for the last two:

Please double-click the RootRepeal.exe previously downloaded.

* Select File then Scan
* On the Select Drives form select drive [ insert drive infected here ] by "ticking" the box for drive [insert drive here] and click OK
* When the scan is complete - highlight each of the following file(s) (one at a time if more then one is listed) by left clicking it. Then use right mouse click and select the Wipe File option only for each file.
o [ every file except the last two from the log you attached]
* After Wiping all files, immediately reboot your pc!
