Skype Install

My daughter is having trouble installing Skype 4.0. It asks if she wants to install an ebay browser highlighter (which she deselects) and then google toolbar (which she deselects), then clicks next, but it keeps bringing her back to those two screens, over and over.

I downloaded the exact same version from the same website (to test) and had no problem getting it to start installing (and didn't get the google tool bar screen, which is bizarre) on my system. We are both running Vista.

She has downloaded the file several times to rule out a bad download, but the same thing always happens.

Any ideas why this might be happening?
