Skype Message

    The last couple of days I've been getting a popup message on Skype saying my computer is infected and I should follow the link to www.updaterh.org to download something that will fix it. I copied the link and went to the site with my browser and it shows a Windows virus scan that says I have 364 infected files. I know I don't because I just ran a complete AVG and Malwarebytes scan. Does anyone know what this is all about? I'm thinking it's someone trying to get me to download a virus or trojan or something. I just close out of it when it pops up.
