Skype question

Yeah, I know I probably could have Googled this, but I like coming here.... anyway, this dude uses Skype a lot (I have not personally used Skype and I'm not real familiar with it) and I guess he has a contact list stored in Skype. He has a bad malware infection and wants the PC formatted and Windows reloaded clean, but he wants to save his Skype contact list. Where does Skype store this type of stuff? Is there an import/export function in Skype so that he can import the stuff back in to Skype after the re-install?

I think I found where it is located, and what needs to be done:

Seems that it depends on what version of Skype is currently installed, more recent they are stored online, and older is stored under C:\Documents and Settings\$username\Application Data\Skype and under there.

Well, I think I got it.... if you launch Skype, and go to Tools > Advanced there's an option to "back up contacts to file" and also an option to "restore contacts from file". So that's a big bonus :cool In the link posted above, I also learned that the contacts are supposedly stored here:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Skype
but I couldn't find anything there that was obviously the contacts list. There's a bunch of files (all really small, like 0kb to maybe 15kb) but nothing that really screamed "CONTACTS ARE HERE!". So maybe I'll back up the whole AppData\Skype folder in addition to the file method I mentioned before.... any other thoughts or hints or tips???
