Slight Problem With Programs Crashing

    So,

    I got a HD PVR for Xmas with the intent of starting a YouTube channel. All was well first week. But the last 2 days Arcsoft Showbiz (the program that captures) and Sony Vegas Pro 10 (the program that edits) keep crashing almost instantly.

    Anyway, I posted the logs etc as I assumed it was Malware, but Kestrel has now said the logs are fine, and she thinks it may be a Software issue?

    So where do I go from here? Any help is greatly appreciated.
