Slimware-hisssssssssssssssssss

Well,always had excellent results with MG forum and assists.THANK YOU!
But,like life,to good to be true:
Saw hi++ for Slimware
downloaded from CNET (one on your site is out of date)
did everything fine
registered
ran scan-11 updates
logged in: saw cloud 'running"
then,BANG-message comes up not logged in correctly-wrong name/password
it was prefilled in,I wiped out-redid 4x:same message:***

I have KIS2011-allowed Slimware as trusted etc etc.

rebooted,switched users...nada.

Looks like a nice program to run-too bad I cannot get in to update!
any help appreciated.Thank you

 

Try restoring to before you installed slimware as it would of created a point when you installed it.
I personally do not approve of this type of software, it can do more damage than good. Stick to OEM and Original Builders updates, IF IT AINT BROKE WHY FIX IT, is the common craveat here!!
Use your device manager/windows update/motherboard makers website to gather new updated drivers.

RFLMAO.THANKS,I needed that! I removed the program.Did registry,everything.Earlier today I remarked that years ago,I got royally "broke computer" fiddling around with HJT.The grey knight helped me out of the mess from his program.Your MG forum and whatthetech (as it is known now) are the BEST! I learned,the hard way:if it ain't broke,do NOT fix it!!! THANKS for reminding me those very true words!!
