Slooooowww browsing on certain sites

I have tried all the suggestions on the "Read & Run Me First," but am having no luck (or very slow) logging onto certain sites. I'm attaching my HijackThis log and will hope someone has an idea. I certainly don't have a clue, but know that I followed the instructions verbatim. FYI, two sites I cannot log onto are www.caspaonline.org and www.mycheckfree.com. I've downloaded some music online lately and fear I may have a virus.

Please make sure System Restore is OFF.

Please run this uninstaller - Nail Uninstaller

Once you have completed the above, come back here and post a fresh HiJackTHis log as an attachment.

Other than those things your log looks OK.
