Slow and unstable connection

    A few days ago my internet connection started to act strange, slowing down and speeding up without reason.
    I use Steam a lot and I notice that on the download speed bar of Steam, my kbps is always a multiple of 100. Might be coincidence, but anyway.
    I also noticed a strange file trying to load on startup. It loads the "open as" window everytime I boot the pc.

    The main issue is the slow connection, which makes it hard to download my games off steam.
    I'd be grateful if you guys could help me.

    Also sorry if I get something wrong, I did the read and run me procedures but I'm kind of a newbie.

    Before we continue I would like for you to use MSConfig to put this machine back into normal start up mode.

    C:\Users\Hugo Leonardo\AppData\Roaming\43hg3dsgd.exe <--- Delete this file. Reboot, has it still gone?

    Not seeing anything else to be concerned about however..... I want to ask you to click on start > type in services.msc and click ENTER.

    Scroll down to the Background Intelligent Transfer Service if you see it and let me know it's status and start up type please.

    Deleted that file, it's gone after I rebooted.

    I found the Background Intelligent Transfer Service, it says "Initialized" at status and "Automatic (delay on startup)". Might not be exactly that since my windows is in portuguese.

    Again, thanks for taking your time to help me.

    Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. (Right click and run as admin if using Vista or Windows7) Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.
