Slow Boot Speed and Error 1304 With My iTunes...

My computer recently started booting at an incredibly slow rate. It probably takes at least 2 minutes longer now than it did before. Also, I have a problem with my iTunes, it no longer worked so I uninstalled it and when I attempt to reinstall it, it says, "Error 1304. Error writing to file C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.resources\ja.lproj\iTunesHelperLocalized.dll. Verify that you have access to the directory." After everything started happening I looked back through the google images area and found some sites that my brother had visited on my computer that were prime places to pick up spyware. I ran through all of the beginning stuff and the problems still are here. I have attached logs from SpySweeper, Ewido, HJT, Ad-Aware, and Spy-Bot. I ran the first online sweep and forgot to save the log. The second one froze on me. If there is anything you guys could do, it would be very much appreciated.
