I have Win XP and everything seems to boot up nice and quick but I get an error message stating that the firewall is disabled (although it enables itself within seconds) and a long delay until the windows wireless agent kicks in. I am running AVG anti virus and Windows Firewall. I have read through the forums and used the guides to clean up my pc. I have attached the logs. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Your logs are all basically clean.

You ComboFix log did show a left over sign of a possible Fujacks infection. Have you run a complete system scan with AVG recently? If not, I suggest you update AVG8 and then run a full scan. Let me know if it finds anything.

As for your Windows firewall, it is a poor firewall and should not be used anyway. I suggest that you install one of the below to get proper protection.
I also suggest that you delete the below file:
    C:\WINDOWS\Temp\e2fr4lyx.TMP

You can also do the below to remove some non-malware items to help improve startup time a little more.

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iTunesHelper] "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HP Software Update] C:\Program Files\HP\HP Software Update\HPWuSchd2.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
