Read step 6! We expect it to be HTML and we want it to be HTML and that is why we have those instructions. However, don't worry about it now as I do not need anymore logs.

You do not have any malware showing in these logs. I doubt your "slow Computer" is due to malware. You may want to check else where. Since you did not clarify exactly what operations are slow I cannot offer any additional tips, but either way your problem more than likely belongs in another forum Hardware (maybe Software).

If you want, you could did deeper because those logs do not necessarily show all possible problems that could be hiding. You could run do all of what is in step 8 of the READ & RUN ME (repeated here for your convience):
