Hey guys well I'm back again. Got another virus, this time because my brother was downloading some hacks for an online game. From time to time, my computer runs really slow, and all the ads that used to come on internet explorer have all been replaced with the same male enhancement ad. I also cannot access the C Drive via My computer. It keeps on saying "cannot find resycled\boot.com" (spellling mistake was there), and i was forced to use explorer to get to the C Drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Also attached the necessary logs.

Please tell me what problems you may still be having. The scans appear to have removed the infections.

We could do a few clean up things:
Run this: Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

Please use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    Viewpoint Media Player

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following ( be sure to re-enable when we are finished):

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.

Alright well I didnt notice that I got rid of all those ads before i posted this thread, so thats fine. But I'm still having a problem with accessing my C Drive. Like i said before, it says "cannot find resycled\boot.com" when i doubleclick on the C Drive, so I was wondering if that could be a virus of some sort?

Please run CCLeaner...both the cleaner and the issues part --> Make sure you do the backup when prompted.

Tell me if you still have the problem.

Well I ran CCleaner, but I still can't access my C Drive. Keeps on coming up with the same error message "cannot find resycled\boot.com". Should I run the scans again?

Yes...but this time, download the latest versions of the scanners. You are running a very old version of MGTools.

I'm so sorry for taking so long, but the family went out of town for the vacation. Here's the new logs for the scans. And I'm pretty sure I downloaded a new version of MGTools from the website. And right now my computer is running fine, but I still can't access my C drive, and now my external freeagent drive is coming up with the same error message.
And I also tried to run the MG tools, but it kept on coming with an error that said that the application could not be handled.

I am not seeing any significant malware in your logs. I would like you to run both SAS and MBAM on each user profile and attach those logs that show malware ( please name them with the user account for clarity).

What do you mean you can't access the c drive? You are running MGTools from the c drive......and both SAS and MBAM from the C:\Program Files .....so you must have some access to that drive.

What I meant was that I can't access the C drive in any way other than the Explore option. If I go to my computer and select the C Drive, then I can't access this. Is this caused by a virus, or just some missing file for the computer?

Sound like a missing file...you could try going to start / run /type sfc /scannow (note the space) and have your xp cd ready.

If this does not work, you should post in the software forum for additional assistance. :)
