Slow Computer-HiJackthis Log help needed

My computer is runningslow, locking up in IE, and at the onset of these symptoms gave me a Dr. Watson error. I have tried Ad-aware, Ewido, Mcafee (old update) and housecall. I would appreciate any help you could give.

Results of Logs

Here are the combofix and MGLogs files. I followed everything in the guide except for the avg. I use Ewido on my computer and have for a long time. If at all possible I would like to keep it but AVG would not load with it on my computer. I did run the spybot and everything else. My computer seems a bit faster but almost every time I open internet explorer it says that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. I am starting to think that the problem might not be malware as I originally expected.
