I noticed about a week ago that my computer began acting sluggish. I checked under Task Manager and noticed that my Dual Core CPU is running at 40-60% usage at idle. Under the process tab the System Idle shows 80-90%. I have tried Spybot and found items and removed them. I tried Lavasoft Adware 2008 and it will run the scan and then it will find items and when I try to remove the items the program will error and shutdown. I ran Combofix and it will not do anything. I have run HiJack This, SmitFraudFix, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and SuperAntiSpware. I have posted logs on issues and need some help.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Are you filtering items with HijackThis or have you been removing things using HijackThis on your own? You have a very small log which normally means a user has been deleting things. Or perhaps it is also due to the fact that you did not follow the instructions in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME where we said that you must not use MSconfig to control startups.

We need to see the log from SUPERAntiSpyware. Are you sure you ran it. I don't see it as even being installed? Did you skip any other steps in the instructions? What were the exact problems you had getting ComboFix to run? It is possible that Symantec is getting in your way. You should delete all of the below files that have occurred due to the failed attempts at running ComboFix.
    Code:
    "C:\Windows\System32\"
    cf1115.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF1115.exe"
    cf152.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF152.exe"
    cf30984.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF30984.exe"
    cf31206.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF31206.exe"
    cf31663.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF31663.exe"
    cf32218.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF32218.exe"
    cf3326.exe Oct 25 2008 318976 "CF3326.exe"
Based on the logs you have attached, I don't think you are having malware problems. I expect you are have problems with Windows itself. I see multiple cases of msiexec.exe running. This is Windows Installer. It should not normally be running. You may be having issues with failed installs or failed uninstalls. For these problems you should post in the Software Forum.
