Slow computer No malware found

    My computer used to be quick but it has gotten slower and slower. I did all the house cleaning that I could think of, but nothing worked. I ran through all of the malware steps but it didn't find anything. Could someone hep me get to the bottom of this?

    Also whenever I reboot I get three popups. One says: Lexmark Connect Time Executable has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
    Another says: To free up disk space, Outlook Express can compact messages. This may take upto a few minutes. Although I never use outlook.
    And the other popup is the folder: C:\Program Files\Common

    We need the requested log from MGtools which is the C:\MGlogs.zip file; however before doing this, you need to uninstall all but one antivirus program. Your ComboFix log shows you are using AVG, Radialpoint Security Services, and Norton Internet Security which would be a major reason for a slow PC and it would be your fault for installing all of these at the same time. Then rerun MGtools and then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file.


    You can just delete the c:\program files\Common folder. Only delete that exact folder name. DO NOT DELETE C:\Program Files\Common Files which is a necessary Windows folder.
