slow computer when on the internet please help

My computer seems to be running slow only when i open go to a web site and the internet seems slow. Here is my hijackthis log hope it helps.

Thanks for your help, I saw that after I tried to post, didn't think the post went trough so there may be a duplicate post. I did everything, and seems to have cleared up you guys are great.

If everything is fine now, your should work thru the below.

If we used ComboFix then UNINSTALL COMBOFIX (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)

Click START then RUN

Now type combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.

Note: The space between the X and the /U, it must be there

You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip

If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:

Refer to the cleaning steps in the READ ME for your Window version and see the steps to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.

Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
