Anytime you install any software that need to run all the time, it will have an impact on PC performance. Some programs can have more of an effect than others. Your PC will run much faster without protection. But without protection you personal security could be compromised and you could be spending all of your time in a forum like this removing malware everyday. You need to protect your PC and performance is a price you pay. Your PC is a little on the slow side by todays standards but a bigger issue is the RAM. 512MB is too little. 1GB is the absolute minimum you should really have for Windows XP.

Did you uninstall the CounterSpy trial program after finishing your last cleanup. I saw it in your last MGlogs.zip file. If not, you need to do this since it will slow you down and will comflict with Comodo. Also the CounterSpy we have you install is only a trial that expires.

Also I recommend uninstalling Ad-Aware 2007 since it offers no protection and it is a resource hog.

Let me know how things are working after doing the above. Also attach a new MGlogs.zip file (you will have to download and run MGtools.exe again if you deleted all of it as was instructed). You had other unnecessary processes running they probably can be removed. All of this could help your system run better with the 512MB of RAM.

To address your slow PC issues, consider the below. Please note that none of this is malware related.

What is the below and do you really need it? Thinks like this do affect performance.
    O2 - BHO: SWEETIE - {1A0AADCD-3A72-4b5f-900F-E3BB5A838E2A} - C:\PROGRA~1\MACROG~1\SWEETI~1\toolbar.dll
    O3 - Toolbar: SweetIM For Internet Explorer - {BC4FFE41-DE9F-46fa-B455-AAD49B9F9938} - C:\Programfiler\Macrogaming\SweetIMBarForIE\toolbar.dll

The same goes for the below:
    O2 - BHO: ST - {9394EDE7-C8B5-483E-8773-474BF36AF6E4} - C:\Programfiler\MSN Apps\ST\01.03.0000.1005\en-xu\stmain.dll
    O2 - BHO: MSNToolBandBHO - {BDBD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Programfiler\MSN Apps\MSN Toolbar\MSN Toolbar\01.02.5000.1021\en-us\msntb.dll
    O3 - Toolbar: MSN - {BDAD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Programfiler\MSN Apps\MSN Toolbar\MSN Toolbar\01.02.5000.1021\en-us\msntb.dll

Do you really need the below to always be loaded and running??? You should try to only load software when you need to use it?
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Sony Ericsson PC Suite] "C:\Programfiler\Sony Ericsson\Mobile2\Application Launcher\Application Launcher.exe" /startoptions
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 11b] C:\Programfiler\Corel\Corel Graphics 12\Languages\EN\Programs\Registration.exe /title="CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 12" /date=121207 serial=DR12WCX-1301702-ACM lang=EN
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Creative WebCam Tray] "C:\Programfiler\Creative\Shared Files\CamTray.exe"
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [OM2_Monitor] "C:\Programfiler\OLYMPUS\OLYMPUS Master 2\MMonitor.exe"

You should have HijackThis fix the below unnecessary items which are a waste of resouces. Fixing these will help start time and overall performance.
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DVDLauncher] "C:\Programfiler\CyberLink\PowerDVD\DVDLauncher.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Programfiler\QuickTime\QTTask.exe" -atboottime
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PCMService] "C:\Programfiler\Dell\Media Experience\PCMService.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FreePDF Assistant] C:\Programfiler\FreePDF_XP\fpassist.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Programfiler\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exe"
    O4 - Global Startup: Hurtigstart for Adobe Reader.lnk = C:\Programfiler\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Programfiler\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
