   hello ,
   
   I want to thanks every one in this forum , they helped me to fix my desktop and I hope they will be able to help me fix my labtop., the problem I have is that frequently my labtop freezs and I need to restart it again .. also it is very slow..
   
   I did the initial steps , microsoft definder did not work so I run the counterspy
   the reports are attached

   Please complete step 6 of the READ & RUN ME like you did in your previous thread. Afterwards attach the two requested logs from the online scanners.
   
   What software from Symantec or you running? Is it an antivirus or security suite? If yes, you need to uninstall one of your antivirus applications (AVG or Symantec). See step 4 of the READ ME.
   
   I see you had Bearshare on this PC too! Have you now uninstalled it?
