   Acer Aspire notebook original ac adapter doent work and replace with another one ..but now whenever i tried to use dial up connection while charging with adapter connection is 4.5 kpbs..sometime 12kpbs..if i unplug the ac adapter the its fine with 53.2 kpbs..what could be the problem..plz help:confused
