    my computer is really slow and sometimes my desktop stays black for more than 20min. sometimes I have a problem if I connect my external disc: I get a message that my laptop doesn't find a program to open it.
    I ran the whole procedure; you find the logs in attachment.

    Hi there :)

    Please re run Hitman Pro, activate/enable the free trial and let it remove all that it finds.
    Re run Malware Bytes and let that remove anything else it may find.
    Upload logs from doing the above....
    Once done... do this:

    Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.


    Run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. (Right click and run as admin if using Vista, Windows7 or Win8) Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.

    Hi,

    I did everything as you described. In attachment you find all the necessary logs. About MGTools: I gott a folder C\MGtools\MGlogsR.zip. Don't know if that is a problem.

    Re run Malware Bytes, have it remove what it finds. Then rescan again and upload a hopefully clean log.
    Re run Hitman Pro again (just a scan) and upload fresh log.

    I did everything as you described and in attachment you find the log from hitman pro. I also tried to upload the log from malware bytes but the computer gave me a error: the uploaded file is empty. I don't know what went wrong because when I try to open it, there is no problem at al... so I copy pasted the text in the log and I put it below (in italic):

    Run Ccleaner, (not the registry scanner) just the cleaner itself to be rid of a chunk of temp files. Then explain how the machine is running please.

    Excellent. ;) You are welcome.

    If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
