sluggish performing pc w/ error msg on boot up

i was checking out a pc that belongs to the parents of a friend of mine.
they're having issues with their system running slower that usual.
upon booting up i would get the following message:

"error loading rgtndz.dll specified module could not be found"

they already have trend micor anit virus/ anti spyware
they also have spysweeper..both program they purchased and up to date.

i installed the following:
comodo boclean
comodo firewall (they didn't have one previously)
cclean

ran cclean and ran spysweeper, which did not detect any spyware. was able to surf the net with decent response times.

but a while after i leave, they called me with a decrease in performance from when i left.

i returned...ran ccleaner, which helped greatly, but we've yet to determine the reason for the "error loading rgtndz.dll" message.

i left having started their virus scanner. i'll get results of the scanner tomorrow.

my question? does anyone know of this "rgtndz.dll" file and it's purpose, or if it's even genuine?

secondly, what other procedures can i follow to help rectify this message and get their system performing normally again?

pentium 4
1 ghz
1Gb of RAM

It took a little digging, but I found refernce to this dll in an adware program called rightonadz browser enhancer.
Apparently this is a pop-up generator created by rightonadz.biz

evidently it is an ad serving program that communicates and shares your personal information with a third party server.

I'd first look and see if there is an entry in your add/remove programs for rightonadz

If not I'd run spybot or some other antispyware program to see if it can find it.
