Small Window Opening

What is the trick with Internet Explorer to make the pages open bigger. At the moment I have to click to make the page bigger everytime I open a new window. I've checked "Settings" but I can't find how to change this!

 

Just open window, expand it, then use on the upper left, File & close, not the X on the upper right, windows will remember this , but you might have to do a couple time before Windows will remember.

I did that only once & it fixed itself.
Unbelievable, something that can be so simple can fix the problem!

 

Damn...I spoke too soon! It's still won't stop creating a reduced window!
