smart HDD hijack removal

Please help!!
Parent's computer is hijacked with this monster!

I went to mybleeping computer, followed the removal guide, but no such luck, it is still infected!

I ran the stopper exe file.
Ran malwarebytes - found 26 threats and clicked to remove. Had to restart computer.

Ran the reveal exe file.

Still crashing with blue screen and all programs are hidden.

Any help to offer?

• Did this restore the missing (hidden) shortcuts?
• Attach the unhide.txt file on your desktop. (How to attach)

Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
When it opens, press the Scan button
When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[1].txt
Attach RKreport[1].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
