I downloaded the Game Accelerator from:

The program seems to work ok, but every time I close the program and restart the computer my tweakui settings are changed so that all of the animations are checked on and my menu speed choice is slowed down by half.

Any way to correct this? I'm also wondering what other changes the program makes on shutdown that I can't see.

 

You don't need to manually close the program to shut down everytime. When you close it, it assumes that you want to reset certain changes back to default. Just leave the program running when you shut down.
