Smitfraud-C Help please

I have run Spybot, Trend Micro, Ad-ware SE Personal, CC-Cleaner and MS Antispyware with System Restore both on and off. Each product finds problems and deletes them.
However, Spybot finds Smitfraud-C but it cannot destroy it. None of the other products identify Smitfraud-C
I have run the test listed by MajorGeeks under 'special removal procedures' for smitfraud. However, when I run HijackThis none of the entries listed in the MajorGeeks script are present in the results so I have nothing to mark and go into safe mode to delete.I have thus not gone into safemode as there is nothing to do. I enabled viewing of all files etc before running these tests.
What can I do as despite running all the above I still have problems and would welcome help.

 

Follow the directions for Smitfraud and PSGuard Removal.

Download DelDomains and unzip it to your desktop.

Find the files from deldomains.zip on your Desktop and RightClick on the deldomains.inf file and select Install.

Afterwards run Spybot and make sure you re-Immunize immediately. Then run a full system scan. If you get any reported problems, attach the log from Spybot.

Post a fresh HJT log.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
