Smitfraudfix

I installed Smitfraudfix onto my computer and added it to my computer. When I clicked it, it told me the process.exe file is missing and to unzip all the archive in a folder. How do I fix this

Please skip SmitFraudFix for the moment and go to the READ & RUN ME FIRST. There is some overlap in the tools and if you have a SmitFraud infection, it will likely be picked up with other infections at the same time by going through these instructions. After you finish, you'll have some logs we can look at that will help us to see if your computer is okay or if there are still some files left that need to be removed manually.

You will need to know how to unzip things. If you open the zip file. At the top, you'll see a button or you can find a button in the menu at the top that says extract all. Some programs need to be downloaded and extracted to a specific location in your computer, so please have your downloads set to prompt you rather than to automatically download to a certain place. Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox to download?
