Smithfaud-C help

It started two days ago with an annoying warning trying to get me to download a fix from some web site. I ran Spybot S&D and it revealed the Smithfraud-C but could not fix the problem even in safe mode.

I then came here and began following the Malware Removal Guide. After running the SUPERAntiSpyware I could not reestablish an internet connection even after running the “Repair broken Network Connection”.

Now a normal reboot leaves me with a blank, black screen and does not get to the Windows XP (service pack 3) startup screen. It will start in safe mode. Attached is the SUPERAntiSpyware log. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Can you download the programs/utilities onto a USB drive or CD and transfer them to your machine and run them? If so, please do this and then attach the requested logs from the READ ME.

 

Ran the READ ME proceedures and attached files. I now have two new issues: 1) I'm getting an Microsoft .NET Framework error "an unhandled exception has occured." and 2) I've lost my internet connection. The repair message states "could not renew my IP address."

 

Last file only.

 

Something did not run properly with MGTools.exe. Please download a fresh copy and transfer it to the infected machine.

Try running it again and attaching the new log.
