Smithfraud C and Virtumonde Remove (and a thanks)

Hi I came across this site last night when I was trying to remove Smithfraud C and Virtumodne. I went to the page the new users should use to put all of the new programs on to their system. I did that and I think it worked, but I didn't know if I should still put up the logs from the tests to just show the results. Sorry if this is the inapropriate place to put this, if so I am sorry. There were two other things that I was wondering. 1. Should I keep all of them running in the quick launch screen in the bottom right and how often should I run full scans for all of them. 2. When I installed Registry Machine I got an error it said

(C:/windows system32/mscomctl.ocx
Delete failed code 32.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)

But that was before it was fixed, at least I believe that combofix the last thing I did, fixed it.
