I am running HP Jetadmin to notify me when printers are out of ink, paper, maintenance kits, etc. This is working perfectly for all HP printers. I've recently replaced our open lab HP 9050 with two Kyocera FS-5020DN's pooled together. Unfortunately now i'm not getting any notifications. When accessing the Kyocera's through the web browser for management it has a button to "use HPJetadmin" which i've clicked. Then it asks for an ip address for the trap generation. I've set this up to go to the server that hosts the Jetadmin. I still do not get email messages as i do with all the other printers. Any insight or tips or suggestions would be awesome!!! thanks
