Snooze Button

My wife and I were watching "Rules of Engagement" on TV. The opening scene has the husband hitting the snooze button on the alarm 4or 5 times. We laughed over this because I do exactly the same thing. It's called bonus sleep,and if you don't use the snooze button to get it then you don't know you're getting it. Is this a guy/girl thing or is it just me and the guy on TV?

 

I've been known to hit the snooze a few times. Drives my wife crazy, mostly because I work midnights, so when the alarm starts going off at 9:40pm while she's trying to watch tv, it annoys her to the point that she becomes the new alarm clock

 

I used to use the snooze button, but then thought "well I'm just depriving myself of sleep"
So I moved the alarm clock further away so I actually have to get out of bed to hit it, once I'm up, I'm up.

 

I use my iPhone as my alarm, and I've had to disable to snooze option otherwise I'll never get out of bed. Definitely the worse decision to put on an alarm!!!

 

I know all about that little button. How's this for snoozing?

I can't wake up in the morning without enough sleep. I have 2 alarms on my alarm clock, 3 on my cell phone, and a wake up call through my land line.. Sometimes I need all of them, other times, I wake up before any of them. LOL

 

I'm at the other end of the spectrum I wake up just before the alarm goes off, and jump of the bed:-D

 

Unfortunately, once the alarm goes off I can't use the snooze button because then I'll lie there thinking, how much longer until it goes off? I usually get enough sleep so it's not something I even consider.
