Soft FSB utility ?

I need a " soft FSB utility " you know one that works off the clock gen ? for a MSI KT600 delta http://www.digital-daily.com/motherboard/msi-kt6-delta/ The CPU i have now is a moble barton 2GHz 2600+ 133 (266) * 15 = 2000 the CPU will take a 400 FSB but i need to lower the X and raise the FSB i have a program now to lower the X in windows but i cant find a program to change the FSB in windows iv googled and found nothing... The mobo came with a utility called Fuzzy Logic any way it dont work im running 133 FSB now and it sais im running 220 FSB TY .....

 

Hmm, i think mobiles support multiplier switching "on the fly" for power options, but not FSB switching.

ICS 94230BF is the Soyo dragon ultra platinum socket a mb. I have one myself, I just typed ICS 94230BF in google hoping to find some info. CPUFSB suports soyo up to ICS 94220. To me that is awfully close, and I think it just needs implementing in future versions of cpufsb.

I want to oc my AMD-M(od) 2400+ thoroughbred to 2400 ghz. I need to be able to "up" the fsb and down the multipliers (in windows on the fly) so I can get past a mediocre 2.2ghz! So far I only can't change my fsb in windows, cpumsr lets me change the multipliers.. Just looking for support for my motherboard somewhere. I'll keep looking.
