SoftFSB p4 3.0 overclocking

    Ive been trying to overclock my pentium 4 3.0ghz and all that I can get using softfsb is lower clock speeds, even when i try to raise them. Im using a sony vaio so maybe there is some sort of lock on the bios? Also, when i boot up it doesnt say anything about pressing a key to open the BIOS so i cant get in that way either. Any ideas? I was thinking of trying another OC program, maybe rivatuner if that works for procs. Any help would be great.
