    Heya;

    I've tried installing a driver for my Compaq KB-9963 keyboard, and the installation pops up a windows that says - "ERROR: Unable to open the Softpaq file : c:\documents and settings\alex"

    What is a Softpaq file and where do I get one?\

    Thanks,
    Alex

    "Softpaq" is a generic term used by Compaq as a label for their downloads; for example their drivers, updates, etc., are called Softpaq's followed by a reference number. Like "SP53442" is an example where the SP stands for (yeah, you guessed it) SoftPaq.....
