Software – DELL 14NDZ1S- 2011.02.06

The above Computer was using a wireless Internet Connection in UK. On trying to install a dial-up Internet connection in Sri Lanka, the computer restarts without installation of the connection. Therefore it has no Internet connection.

I have run READ & RUN ME FIRST- Malware Removal.

Kestrel13! Malware Fighter - Major Dilemma reported that “Other than what Malwarebytes already removed, I'm not seeing any malware in those logs. You will have to post about your problems in the software forum.”

I will be grateful if you can solve this problem.

I'm seeing a Conexant D400 External USB 56K modem listed for the Dell Vostro 1510 (Service Tag # 14NDZ1S) - is this in fact what you have? A dial-up connection must use a modem instead of ethernet or LAN devices.

Also: what operating system version and Service Pack # are you running?
