I purchased SUPERantispyware and have it registered for real-time protection. I know you recommend only one AV program. I also have Avira Anti-Virus free software and Spybot. Are the Avira and SUPERantispyware basically the same thing? Or is it recommended to have both since one is labeled anti virus program and the other anti spyware? Thanks for any input.

Avira AntiVir is an antivirus program, SAS is an antispy program and so is Spybot. This is fine because you should have either a suite that protects from all of individual protection programs such as you have. This is fine as long as you’re not running multiple real-time protection programs of the same nature such as two antivirus program or two antispy programs as they can cause conflicts with one another.
