Thanks again majorgeeks.com for helping me with my computer. My girlfriend's computer has been giving her problems recently, whenever she tries to play the Sims it always ends up crashing. Anyway, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and when I was doing that I noticed that her computer was really slow with everything. I ran all the recommended steps and everything kept finding viruses and other types of malware. I have no clue if it cleaned everything up, but I doubt it since Panda found a bunch of things and only fixed one. I have attached the requested logs. Thanks in advance for your help.

Your problems may not be completely related to malware. The Sims can require a load of PC horsepower. Are you sure the PC meets the requirements of the program.

Look in Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the below if found:
    Viewpoint Toolbar
    Viewpoint Manager
Make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled (per the tutorial).

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = wmplayer.exe //ICWLaunch
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = localhost
    O8 - Extra context menu item: &Viewpoint Search - res://C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBar.dll/CXTSEARCH.HTML
    O16 - DPF: {F5192746-22D6-41BD-9D2D-1E75D14FBD3C} - http://216.65.38.226/crack.CAB

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
Boot into safe mode and use Windows Explorer to delete:
C:\temp <--- delete all files in this temp folder!
    C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\npclntax.dll
    C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\Plugins\npclntax.dll
    c:\temp\salmau.dat
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\icasServ.exe
You need to clean up the below from your E-Mail account:
    Virus:W32/Bagle.J.worm Disinfected Personal Folders\CC-TK421\E-mail account security warning.\TextDocument.pif
If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again. Other wise open Task Manager and kill the process if running then delete the file.

Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder.
Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST).

Now we need to Reset Web Settings:
    1. If you have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, goto step 2. If not, skip to step 3.
    2. Now right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK. Then skip step 3.
    3. If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, click Start, Control Panel (for some systems it may be Start, Settings, Control Panel), Internet Options, Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK.
Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now.

Reminder Note: Once we have determined you are malware free you will need to disable System Restore, reboot, and re-enable system restore per step 1 of the READ & RUN ME. This only applies to if using WinXP or WinMe.

The computer exceeds (by a lot) the minimum system requirements listed on the sims2 box. I deleted everything you said except for C:\WINDOWS\system32\icasServ.exe
which I could not find. I have it set to show all the files like it says to do in the read me and I also did a search for it but could not find the file. Things seem to be running better now although sometimes it took quite awhile before the game would crash and other times it would crash right away. (As a side note, my old xcom game was screwing up before and is not anymore so im happy.) I have attached the hjt log.

That's because Bitdefender actually deleted it. I wanted to be sure that it was deleted and did not come back so I kept it in my procedure.

Your log is clean. If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to go back to step 1 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points. Then reboot and enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.

After that, you should work thru the below link:
