Software for this desktop?

    Have you used that computer? How did you get that image?

    I'm just guessing but it looks like it might be some version of Linux. Do know what OS is running on that computer?

    nope- i got in a forum (but cant registered- private) and what i read- the one whos posting is not giving idea nor clue where he gets it

    Nice looking 'skin'. I am pretty sure that is Vista. Avira virus icon on the toolbar. Nice eye candy though, let us know if you find out! :-D

    Yeah, I was going to say that it's a heavily skinned version Vista. There's tons of apps out there for both Vista and XP (Window Blinds, StyleXP, etc). Be careful if you decide to use one of these apps... removing the skins can be almost impossible in some situations. A friend of mine had to reformat and reload Windows because after removing the skinning program, his OS just never went back to normal and became highly unstable....

    as i got also really bad experienced on stardock when im still new in computer ^_^
    now i understand how hungry stardock on all aspect :))

    It may be a combination of software to create different aspects of the desktop. Here is a good set of modified desktops. Often the author will put some notes in the description telling what software he used. Many use more than one software.
